Sample Ski Trip Itinerary

Kincaid Ski Trip Itinerary

Day 1        
6-6:45 pm.  Check inside Adventure Sports Ski Shop – Tomahawk Shopping Ctr.  75 & Nieman Rd., Shawnee, KS.  913-962-2323.  
Pick up your Lift Tickets and Trip Itinerary.  Skiers renting ski equipment at Adventure Sports are responsible for checking out their equipment and loading them on the bus.

7:00 pm.  Depart Adventure Sports.

10:00 pm.  Arrive Salina, KS. for Dinner at McDonalds at  Exit 252.  Please board the bus promptly after eating.  Your seats convert into bunk beds.  Please respect those who wish to sleep by keeping the noise down.  Change your watch to Mountain Time by moving it back one hour.

Day 2        
7:15 am.  Arrive Keystone Lodge in Keystone.   Keystone requests that the Kincaid Driver and ONLY ONE PERSON from each condo or hotel room enter the Keystone Lodge to check in.  Please have a credit card ready if you wish to activate your phone.  If your condos or hotel rooms are available, Keystone may let you check in early, in which case the Kincaid Driver will transport you and your luggage to your lodging.  Otherwise Keystone will instruct you and the driver where to change and additional check in directions. Take the FREE Keystone Shuttle to the Ski Area.  From there you can also access the free shuttles that will take you to Breckenridge or A-Basin.  Guests staying at Keystone can be reached at 970-496-2316.

Day 3    
Take the Free Shuttles to and from Keystone, Breckenridge and A-Basin at your convenience.

Day 4
8:15–9:00 am.  Check out procedure for guests staying at Keystone:  Kincaid bus will stop by between 8:15–9:00 am. to pick up all of your luggage.  (Please have your luggage ready to go by 8:15 am).  Do not board the Kincaid Bus. Your condo is available to you until 11:00 am.  We recommend you take a change of clothes with you that can be stored at the locker rooms at Keystone to change into for the trip home.  Take the free Keystone Shuttle to the Keystone Ski Area at your convenience.

3:30 pm.  Bus will arrive for loading in the Porcupine parking lot by the medical center at Keystone ski area.  See parking lot location on back of itinerary.

4:00 pm.  Depart Keystone.

7:30 pm.  Arrive Limon, CO. for dinner.  Please board the bus promptly after eating!

Day 5    
6:00 am.  Arrive Shawnee, KS.  Please take an extra minute to make sure you have all your personal belongings off the bus.  Check under the seat, the luggage rack and bays carefully.  Return ski rental to Adventure Sports Ski Shop.                

A pillow and blanket are advisable to bring along on the bus - THEY ARE NOT FURNISHED!

When sleeping in the bunks, please sleep with your feet toward the front of the bus in case of an emergency stop.

We can only allow coolers no bigger than 6-pack size on the bus.  Larger coolers will be stored underneath the Bus pending space availability.  ABSOLUTELY NO GLASS CONTAINERS ARE ALLOWED ON THE BUS!

Kincaid Coach Lines, Inc.  is NOT responsible for any lost items on the bus or at the hotel  or condo.  Please do not leave any valuables unattended on the bus or in the hotel room.  There are lockers available at the Ski Resorts, please use them to store purses, cameras, etc.
