Kincaid 4-Day Ski Trip Sample Itinerary

THURSDAY
6 pm. We meet at Adventure Sports Ski Shop (75th and Neiman).
7 pm. We hit the road for Colorado. Kincaid Coach luxury motor coaches are equipped with everything you need for a relaxing, comfortable, quiet ride.
FRIDAY
6 am. We arrive at our lodging destinations for check-in and then head to the mountains for a full day of skiing.
SATURDAY
Your day to ski and play.
SUNDAY
Your day to ski and play.
MONDAY
7:30 am. We check out of accommodations, load luggage, and head to the trails for a last great day of skiing.
3:30 pm. We board the bus and depart Colorado.
TUESDAY
6:00 am. Arrive at Adventure Sports Shop.

HELPFUL HINTS

• You may want to bring your own pillow and blanket. These are not provided on the bus.
• When sleeping in the bunks, please sleep with your feet toward the front of the bus in case of an emergency stop.
• Small coolers are welcome. We can only allow coolers no bigger than 6-pack size on the bus. Larger coolers will be stored underneath the Bus pending space availability. Please: no glass containers.
• No smoking on the bus, please.
• Alcoholic beverages. Kincaid promotes a family type atmosphere. Minors will not be allowed to drink alcoholic beverages on the bus. Obnoxious, rude, drunken behavior will not be tolerated.
• Radios must have a headset for your personal enjoyment.
• Kincaid Coach Lines, Inc. reserves the right to terminate anyone’s ski trip along I-70 at the nearest highway patrol station who violates this policy. Travel home will be at your expense. No refunds will be issued.
