Poised at the base of Dercum Mountain, this was Keystone's original base area. It is convenient to all skier services including children's ski school, children's center, retail shops, casual dining, a youth zone complete with arcade, lift ticket office, the Argentine Lift and Peru Express providing access to the A51 Terrain Park. To the north is a pathway leading over the beauty of the Snake River's wetlands. Accommodations in this area include The Inn at Keystone, affordable studios and luxury condominiums.

The Inn at Keystone
Centrally located between Lakeside Village and River Run and walking distance to the Mountain House lifts and skier services, this hotel has been recognized by the readers of Condè Nast as one of the Top 50 Ski Resorts in North America. Guest rooms are equiped with iron, ironing board, humidifier, refrigerator, coffee maker, cable TV, VCR, access to safety deposit box, voice mail and wake up call service. Types of accommodations include guest rooms with one king bed, two double beds, one bedroom suite, and one bedroom spa suite.
