Colonel Lance Moore has joined Kincaid Coach Lines as the new Director of Operations and will be assigned to the Kincaid Coach Oklahoma City office, effective October 8, 2018 pending his retirement from active duty.

Lance D. Moore is a 26-year veteran of the United States Army.  In 1992, he graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point, NY.  Commissioned an officer of Infantry, he has served our Nation in peace and war in various positions of leadership throughout his distinguished career.  This service includes three deployments in support of the Global War on Terror and Operation Iraqi Freedom.  Colonel Moore’s awards and decorations include the Legion of Merit, Defense Meritorious Service Medal, Bronze Star, and the Ranger Tab.

Lance also holds a Master of Arts degree in Human Resource Management from Webster University.  His diverse career path inside the Army has equipped him with valuable skills in operations, training, talent management, resource management, logistics, supply chain, and maintenance operations.

Colonel Moore stated, “Trust, teamwork, and a winning attitude are hallmarks of high-performing organizations.  Leaders must behave in a manner that demonstrates their competence and commitment to the organization and most importantly its people.  We do this to create trust.  Trust is a bi-lateral relationship that empowers individuals and teams to pursue excellence and rapidly resolve problems.  We must always be positive in our approach.  We achieve because we make ourselves accountable, learn from our shortfalls, and face challenges together, head-on.”

Sheriff (Ret) Currie Myers, Vice President of the Kincaid Group – Kincaid Coach Division, offered a few remarks regarding Col. Moore’s hiring. “We are extremely excited to have a person of Lance’s leadership and caliber join our organization. Kincaid Coach is growing rapidly so Lance’s skills will be of paramount importance in the success of our company. Lance’s background and capabilities will ensure our core values of Family, Safety, Service, and Respect will always be followed!”

Lance and his wife, Melissa, are both Native Oklahomans and delighted to be returning home.  They have three children and recently celebrated the arrival of their first granddaughter.  On their off time, you will find them on the area lakes, enjoying local dining or debating their team’s merits in the next Bedlam game.
